Lead Referral Agreement
By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:
Lead Fee — Each lead carries a flat, non-refundable fee of $30, regardless of conversion.
Response Standard — You agree to contact the referred lead within 4 hours.
Insured — You must have atleast General liability insurance.
Licensing — You must hold a valid North Carolina business license.
Non-Exclusivity — You may continue serving your own customers.
Termination — Either party may terminate at any time with written notice.
